The library’s annual Women’s EXPO was a little different in 2020. Despite knowing the event could not be held in person, the EXPO’s planning committee and sponsors knew they needed to help the local women entrepreneurs so affected by the pandemic. Educational workshops and the show itself went virtual. On December 10th, the first virtual Women’s EXPO featured 42 Long Island women entrepreneurs and had more than 650 visitors to its platform.
We are grateful to all our EXPO Sponsors. Their support of the virtual EXPO is invaluable in allowing us to continue supporting local entrepreneurs.
